Pete Nielsen, Project Manager – Central Region, is a telecommunications and fiber infrastructure leader with more than 30 years of experience overseeing large-scale network construction and delivery.
He brings deep expertise in outside plant (OSP) construction, program management, and risk mitigation, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, safety, and operational performance. Pete has led complex infrastructure initiatives, optimizing vendor performance and resource allocation to support reliable network delivery.
Prior to joining Light Source Communications, Pete served as Director of OSP Construction at Zayo Group, where he led large-scale network construction programs and supported critical infrastructure deployments across the organization.
