Jeremy Hubbard, Project Manager for Light Source Communications (LSC), oversees the planning, permitting, municipal coordination, and construction management of large-scale fiber optic infrastructure projects throughout Arizona.
Working closely with municipalities, utility providers, contractors, and internal leadership, Jeremy manages projects from initial permitting through final restoration, ensuring construction remains on schedule while proactively identifying and resolving field conflicts. His responsibilities include coordinating with agencies such as ADOT, SRP, Union Pacific Railroad, municipal engineering departments, and utility owners to streamline approvals and maintain production across multiple concurrent programs.
Prior to joining LSC, Jeremy built a diverse background in project management, operations, marketing, and business development. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Marketing, International Business, and Spanish bringing a unique blend of technical project execution and strategic communication to every project he manages.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and hands-on approach, Jeremy is passionate about building strong relationships with municipalities, contractors, and project stakeholders. He believes that clear communication, proactive planning, and accountability are the foundation of successful infrastructure delivery.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys mountain biking, cycling, camping, and exploring Arizona’s outdoors. He is active in his local church and values faith, leadership, and continuous personal and professional growth.
