Ean Elder, Project Manager – East, is a telecommunications professional with more than a decade of experience in fiber network engineering and outside plant (OSP) infrastructure.
He began his career as a Data Center Facilities Technician with LightBound before advancing to an Outside Plant Engineer role. Following the acquisition of LightBound’s fiber assets by Everstream in 2020, Ean continued in his role, supporting the design and development of fiber infrastructure.
Ean holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University – Indianapolis. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
