Dylan DeVito

SVP of Rights and Asset Procurement

Dylan DeVito, SVP of Rights and Asset Procurement, is inspired to action by the transformative power of broadband networks. In this role, he leads the acquisition of assets and rights critical to LSC’s overall network development. Through this work, he continues a career of delivering reliable and scalable fiber-based broadband solutions, enabling the industry to open the vast promise of the Internet to all.

With 20-plus years in telecommunications, Dylan’s career spans commercial, operational and legal leadership roles at fiber pioneers Level 3 (now Lumen) and Zayo. More recently, he was part of Meta’s network investments team, where he worked on innovative projects to engineer the next generation of networks for the AI and VR revolutions. These diverse experiences help him navigate complex technological and regulatory landscapes while unleashing multi-billion dollar network initiatives.

Dylan holds an MA from Loyola College and a Juris Doctorate from Boston University. He is active with industry groups including the Fiber Broadband Association, the International Rights of Way Association and Incompas. Dylan is a recognized voice supporting expansion of broadband infrastructure, engaging in policy advocacy and educational speaking to promote accelerated deployment. Dylan lives with his wife in Chicago. He enjoys travel, cooking, concerts and sports.
