Mark Henninger

VP National Operations Support

Mark Henninger, Vice President of National Operations Support, leads network operations, service assurance, and 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) functions in support of the company’s growing hyperscale network.

With more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications, Mark has a proven track record of scaling operations, enhancing service reliability, and driving automation. Prior to joining LSC, he held leadership roles at Windstream Communications, where he led transformation initiatives that delivered significant cost savings and operational improvements. Earlier in his career, he built and expanded Network Operations Centers from startup environments to fully staffed, round-the-clock operations, while advancing proactive fault detection and customer support capabilities.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Buffalo State College and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt. He is based in Greenville, South Carolina.
