Michael Sullivan’s responsibilities at LSC include customer acquisition and management; municipality negotiation and management; end-to-end program implementation, management and throughput; safety compliance; partnership on-boarding and management; quality assurance; and trouble resolution. He has an optical engineering degree from State University of New York and more than 35 years of telecommunications industry experience, including leadership roles at Frontier, ZAYO and Westelcom. Michael is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and enjoys outdoor activities with his family, restoring classic cars, writing screenplays and film production, and watching his kids grow up.
